Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Minibia offers two types of digital products: premium time and Minibia Points. Both are activated immediately upon purchase. Because benefits begin the moment your payment is processed, all sales are generally considered final.

Minibia Points are a virtual currency used to purchase cosmetic items from the in-game Shop. Points are credited to your account instantly after payment and can be spent at the Shop NPC.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Minibia Points

Minibia Points that have already been spent on in-game items cannot be refunded. Refunds for unspent Minibia Points are subject to the same eligibility criteria listed in Section 2.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining premium time or unspent Minibia Points.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
