• Account information: Account name, password (stored hashed), and character names you create
• Payment information: When you purchase premium time, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. Stripe provides us with a transaction ID and confirmation of payment. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
• Game data: Character progress, inventory, skills, quest completion, chat messages, and other in-game activity
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for connection management and security purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the game service
• Process payments and activate premium time
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
• Improve the game and fix bugs
• Communicate important updates about the Service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored in a database on our servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your login preferences (such as "Remember me") and game settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, contact us via Discord or email. Game data (character progress, items) may be retained in server backups for a reasonable period after deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

Minibia is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
