1. Digital Products
Minibia premium time is a digital product that is activated immediately upon purchase. Because premium benefits begin the moment your payment is processed, all sales are generally considered final.
2. Refund Eligibility
We will consider refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase
- Technical failure: If payment was processed but premium time was not activated due to a technical error on our end
- Unauthorized purchase: If a purchase was made without your consent (e.g., unauthorized use of your payment method)
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your account name and a description of the issue
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining premium time.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
