1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Minibia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Minibia is a browser-based online multiplayer game. The Service includes the game client, game server, website, and all related features and content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, macros, or automated tools to interact with the game
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game items for real money (outside of official channels)

5. Premium Services & Payments

Minibia offers optional premium subscriptions that provide additional in-game benefits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing premium time, you agree to the following:

• All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes
• Premium time is activated immediately upon successful payment
• Premium time is non-transferable between accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases

6. Virtual Items & Currency

All in-game items, characters, currency, and progress are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. We retain ownership of all virtual content. Your purchase of premium time grants a limited license to access premium features, not ownership of virtual goods.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress or data resulting from downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to graphics, code, text, and game mechanics, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
